EDEN

By Kate Gaul

Eden is a playful and intimate two-actor work performed by Karrine Kanaan and Lara Lightfoot.

Kit and Dan are growing up in country Tasmania, where the land holds memory and the future feels both urgent and out of reach. As childhood slips away, the stories they’ve inherited begin to fracture. Longing intensifies — for love, for escape, for something larger than the lives mapped out before them.

Moving between realism and poetic confession, Eden explores the dangerous beauty of first becoming — the moment identity takes shape, boundaries blur, and something tender is lost forever.
